Good customer service should help anybody make money. Consider that Dan Kennedy built a fortune by supporting his customers well.

I bought this inexpensive Customer Service Blueprint because its author, Neil Harvey, is so remarkable at customer service himself. He automates the sales process, rewards his customers to encourage loyalty, and responds quickly. He makes me want to buy his stuff.

Don't expect to find software in Customer Service Blueprint. Its cost is way too low for that. But it sure does deliver advice worth its weight in gold.
